DIARY DATES FOR TABLE-TOPPING BRICKIES BAR ENTERTAINMENT!

THE Brickies are roaring away on the football pitch - and behind the scenes, the club HQ, The Brickies Bar, is hitting the heights as an entertainment venue. Music, Quizzes and Parties are all on the menu as we head into Autumn and the need to brighten our lives a little. First on the schedule (dates and times on the accompanying graphic) is Nevaeh, the sensational teenager who is a professional singer, songwriter, and rising solo music artist from Portsmouth. She has already performed as a support act at iconic venues and events including Wembley Arena, Wembley Stadium, the Southampton International Boat Show, Victorious Festival, and the Wickham Festival, and supported and shared stages with notable acts like Scouting for Girls, Boyzlife, Beverley Knight, and The 45s. We can be proud that she is adding the Brickies Bar to that list! After that it’s more music and some terrific country grooves from Bournemouth-based Charlie Woodford. He is a versatile acoustic performer known for dedicated country music nights, alongside a wider repertoire of pop, soul, and classic covers (including tracks by artists like Shawn Mendes, Sting, and John Legend). And here’s a question for you… do you like Halloween? Well children certainly do so bring them along to the three-hour Kids’ Halloween Party! The Previous evening Bob West will test your knowledge of all things Halloween and beyond in a quiz night which will also raise money for the "Debra" charity. Then it’s back to the music - and all that jazz from the Blue Tides Band. Founded in 2002 by Stephen Godsall and Anthony Climpson, they blend jazz, soul, and Latin styles, playing original arrangements alongside classics from the American and British Songbooks. The band comprises flute, saxophone, brass, guitar, bass, and drums, backed by three vocalists. Still to come after that, rolling back the years, the Dorset band A Few Good Men -playing songs from the 60's through to the 90's and beyond..including Santana, The Eagles, Clapton, REM, Status Quo, The Beatles, Chuck Berry and many more. So Rock on down to the table-topping Brickies Bar!
