KEEP TRACK OF ALL THE FIXTURE SWITCHES

EVEN though it’s early in the season there have been some fixture bounces involving the first two months. Attached here is a list of all the Brickies’ first team dates between now and the end of September. This includes the two Cup matches, away to Hamworthy United in the Wessex League Cup next Tuesday (25th) and away to Baffins Milton Rovers in the FA Vase on Saturday September 12th (see previous story). The season continues this weekend with the visit of Ash United to the GD Print on Saturday. On paper, easy-peasy, top v bottom… in reality nothing like. The Brickies now have a big old target on their backs - League leaders and officially a “scalp” to be taken if at all possible. So we can expect Ash to rise from the, er, ashes of their league position and make a real scrap of it. There’s another home match on Saturday 29th, this time against Amesbury, with the re-arranged visit to Romsey Town On Tuesday September 1st. It’s going to be hectic, so the Brickies need all the support they can get!
