2025/26 Pre-Season Schedule

New Milton Town are gearing up for a big 2025/26 campaign as we prepare for our first season back in the Wessex Premier League in over a decade. With preparations well underway, we can now confirm seven pre-season fixtures as part of our summer schedule.

Two originally planned fixtures on July 1st and 5th have unfortunately been cancelled, and we are now inviting any interested clubs to get in touch regarding those dates, which remain available. Please email us at nmtfc1st@outlook.com

The squad is due to return to training at the end of June, with new signings Shane Murphy and Harry Morgan set to make their first appearances in Brickies colours. They’ll be joined by promising youth prospects Josh Kerney, Callum Clarke and Hector Rayner, who have earned call-ups from our Under-18s setup.

Tuesday 8th July – 19:45 – Holt United (A)

We kick things off with a short trip to Wimborne to take on Holt United of the Dorset Premier League, who finished 5th last season after a strong campaign.

Saturday 12th July – 13:00 – Newhaven FC (A)

Next up is a highly anticipated away weekend at Newhaven FC of the Southern Combination League. With several fans already booked in for the trip to Eastbourne, this promises to be a memorable outing for players and supporters alike.

Friday 18th July – 19:45 – Amesbury Town (A)

Saturday 19th July – 15:00 – Verwood Town (A)

A weekend double-header follows with back-to-back away games: Amesbury Town on Friday evening, then Verwood Town—who were recently relegated—on Saturday afternoon.

Tuesday 22nd July – 19:45 – Lymington Town (H)

We return to the M.A. Hart Stadium with three home games in six days, starting with a local clash against Lymington Town in what is always a competitive but good-natured affair.

Saturday 26th July – 15:00 – Newport IOW (H)

The Islanders make the trip across the Solent for our penultimate friendly.

Tuesday 29th July – 19:45 – Wimborne Town (H)

We round off our pre-season with our biggest test yet against Southern League Premier side Wimborne Town. This will be a special fixture for Dan Bartlett and Harry Morgan, both of whom will be facing their former club in front of what we hope will be a bumper crowd.
