New Milton Sign Harry Morgan

New Milton Town Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of experienced attacking midfielder Harry Morgan after he recently left Southern League Wimborne Town.

Harry joins the Brickmakers after a standout five-year spell at Wimborne, where he made 161 appearances, scored 38 goals, and became a firm fan favourite.

Known for his creativity, relentless work rate, and knack for scoring crucial goals, Harry will add further quality and drive to our already strong midfield and attack as we build towards a competitive first season back in the Wessex Premier Division.

During his time at Wimborne, Harry played a pivotal role in their 2023/24 title-winning campaign, including a memorable late brace away at Bristol Manor Farm and a vital equaliser in front of 2,307 fans at home to Frome.

Harry said farewell to the Magpies with a heartfelt message on social media:

“The time has come to say goodbye to Wimborne Town after five wonderful years with memories and people I will never forget.”

Manager Matt Maybury said:

“There’s no doubt about it, this is a huge signing for the club and a real credit to everyone involved with New Milton Town that Harry has chosen to join us. It’s a coup and a sign that, as a club, we’re not satisfied with standing still and resting on last year's achievements.

It’s not just his footballing ability; he ticks every box in terms of the character and personality of a player that I feel we’ve built the current squad around. He’ll fit in with this group of lads perfectly and I’m delighted he’s a New Milton player."

Harry’s arrival follows last season's additions of Dan Bartlett and Ronan Moore, and this summer’s signing of goalkeeper Shane Murphy, highlighting the calibre of players the club are able to attract. It’s a clear indication that New Milton are heading in the right direction.

We’re excited to welcome Harry to the M.A. Hart Stadium and look forward to seeing him in the yellow and blue throughout the 2025/26 season.
